Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz espresso
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut syrup or more
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Add pumpkin spice syrup to the bottom of your glass, then fill with ice. Pour in your milk of choice, followed by hazelnut syrup (if using), and finish with freshly brewed espresso. Stir well to combine, sip, and enjoy.

Notes

For the pumpkin spice syrup
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, salt and a splash of vanilla.
 
Stir the mixture until well combined. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the syrup has thickened slightly.
 
Cool and Store: Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer to a clean jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
