In a bowl combine all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. In another bowl combine 5 tbsp of melted butter and both granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix until combined and smooth. Then whisk in the egg, eggnog, and sour cream until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
To a bundt pan, brush 1 tbsp of melted butter and 1 tbsp of all purpose flour to coat and prep the pan.
Pour the batter in to a prepared loaf or bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the loaf to rest for 10 minutes to cool, before slicing
While the loaf rests prepare the icing. Combine powdered sugar, eggnog, whole milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour the icing over the loaf. Top with chopped pecans if desired.
