Crunchy French Toast. Fluffy brioche bread dipped in a creamy, cinnamon-vanilla egg batter, crusted with Frosted Flakes. Cooked LOW and SLOW until golden. Topped with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries. A breakfast the whole family will love!
In a bowl, combine eggs, coffee creamer, milk, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and whisk together.
In a ziplock bag, crush up Frosted Flakes and put in a shallow dish.
Dip brioche bread into egg batter, then coat in the crushed Frosted Flakes
In a pan over medium low heat, add 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Once the butter begins to bubble, place French toast on both sides until golden brown (Low and slow is the key to perfect French toast.)
Top with powder sugar, fresh fruit and your fav syrup.
Notes
If the Frosted Flakes brown too quick, lower the temperature.
