- 1 Brioche Roll
- 2 eggs scrambled
- turkey bacon
- 2 slices American cheese
- salt + pepper
- ketchup
- hot sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
Add oil to a medium sized skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy and remove from the pan. Cut the roll in half and toast in the same pan. Once golden brown, remove it from the pan.
Whisk up your eggs and cook them in the same pan. Season with salt and pepper. Top with American cheese.
Assemble the sandwich by layering eggs and cheese, then bacon on one half of the roll. On the other side of the roll add ketchup and hot sauce.
Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper and foil. Cut in half and enjoy!
