Easy Sweet and Spicy Mango Salsa

Instantly elevate your meals with my mango salsa. Featuring a blend of sweet mango, spicy jalapeño, fresh cilantro, red onions, lime juice, salt, pepper and Tajìn. It’s addictingly good and adds the perfect burst of flavor. One of my all-time favorite salsas.

It’s no secret that I love fruit salsas. I think it’s the easiest way to elevate dishes. Especially when the weather warms up. Fruit salsas add a bold, bright burst of flavor to anything you pair it with.

Ingredients for Mango Salsa

  • Mango: frozen or fresh. I prefer fresh, ripe mango.
  • Cilantro: finely diced.
  • Jalapeño: if you don’t like spicy, be sure to remove the seeds before dicing.
  • Lime Juice: fresh is best.
  • Red Onion: finely diced.
  • Salt & pepper: season to taste.
  • Tajìn: because mango and Tajìn go together! Real bad! Adds the perfect touch of flavor to this salsa.

How To Make Mango Salsa?

Dice mangoes, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro and add the ingredients to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Add in Tajìn, if desired. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. For the best flavor, I recommend chilling in the fridge and allow the flavors to meld before serving.

Serve it up with some chips or with your favorite bowl or tacos to instantly elevate your meal.

How to Store Mango Salsa?

Store in an air tight container up to 3-5 days, if it lasts that long! Here’s one of my favorite storage containers.
