Sweet, iced coffee infused with warm, cozy fall flavors—this Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is a dream for coffee and pumpkin spice lovers. The perfect way to start a fall morning.

I know it’s still technically summer, but it’s August! And I’m a fall girlie, in a fall state of mind.
I know fall is supposed to bring cooler weather, but I’m an iced coffee lover no matter the season. Funny enough—while editing this blog, I realized yesterday was the official launch of Pumpkin Spice at Starbucks, so this recipe is right on time. Instead of spending $8 a day, why not make it at home? Your wallet will thank you.
This Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is incredibly easy to whip up! It all starts with my homemade pumpkin spice syrup.
Here’s why you’ll love this Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte:
- Quick & Easy: It comes together in just 5 minutes, and you won’t have to wait in a long drive-thru line.
- Saves Money: No more spending $8 a day—make it at home, and your wallet will thank you.
- Customizable: Tailor it to your taste! If you find Starbucks coffee too strong or inconsistent, this homemade version lets you perfect it every time without wasting money. For me, that’s a win!

How to make Pumpkin Spice Syrup?
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice seasoning, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer. Allow it to thicken into a syrupy consistency, which should take about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in a mason jar or airtight container.
