This Pineapple salsa features a robust blend of sweet pineapples, juicy tomatoes, cilantro, red onions, lime juice, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. It’s SO good, and instantly elevates any dish you pair it with. One of my all-time favorite salsas.

Ingredients for Pineapple Salsa
- Pineapple
- Cilantro
- Lime Juice
- Tomato
- Red Onion
- Salt & pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
How To Make?
Dice pineapple, red onion, cilantro, tomatoes and add to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Add in red pepper flakes, if desired. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Serve it up with some chips or with your favorite bowl or tacos to instantly elevate your meal.
How to Store
Store in an air tight container up to 3-5 days, if it lasts that long! Here’s one of my favorite storage containers.

Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/3 pineapple diced
- 1 Roma tomatoes diced
- 1/3 red onion diced
- 1 jalapeno de-seeded
- cilantro chopped
- 1-2 limes juice
- salt & pepper
- red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Dice ingredients then add to a bowl. Squeeze in fresh lime juice. Season with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired. Stir until combined. Place in the fridge to chill before storing.
