How To Make Jerk Shrimp Salad
Start by marinating the shrimp with jerk seasoning, and a variety of seasonings. You can buy it or make your own. My favorite store bought jerk seasoning is from Walkerswood which is available at Walmart or on Amazon.
I also like to add Green seasoning to the shrimp to further elevate the flavors. Green seasoning is seasoning base used throughout many Caribbean countries made with a variety of fresh herbs and spices; parsley, cilantro, scotch bonnet, bell peppers, garlic, red onion, green onion, thyme and all spice. It’s blended to perfection and used to marinate a variety of dishes. I used it for the shrimp and to make my dressing.
